QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Graduation degree from reputable universities and MBA is a plus
  • Excellent command of English is must
  • Experienced in MS Office Applications
  • At least 4 years of experience in a pharmaceutical company and in related field
  • Strong command of interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong command of presentation skills
  • No obstacle for travelling
  • Military obligation must be completed for male candidates

Major Accountabilities

·      Has a quality focused mindset.

·       Reporting of adverse events that are proclaimed by physicians, pharmacists, patients and all other parties to Drug Safety & Epidemiology Department in time and in compliance to relevant Novartis SOP

·     Developssales forecastand ensureskey trackingmeasures are in place.

·      Identifiescountry-specificinsights using marketresearch, competitiveintelligence,and understandingof diseaseareas.

·      Prioritizesappropriatetargeting, positioningand messagingacross allcustomer segments.

·      Implementsportfolio tools, e.g.category sales aids, digital platforms

·      Optimizeschannel/promotionalmix for individualbrand through appropriate resourceallocation thatmeets brand objectivesand customerneeds.

·       Prepares and implement product & strategy trainings & updates for field force at trainings and cycle meetings

·      Createsand deliversoperational plans appropriateto life cycleof brand to optimizereturn for

Novartis.

·      Executeskey expertdevelopmentprogram.

·      Leadsdevelopmentand deliveryof key promotionalcampaign materials from insightsto review, productionand implementation.

·      Managesbrand financeand budgets,including appropriate managementof brand resources.

·      Drivesconsistentexecutionof product strategythroughout Marketing, Sales,Managed

Markets/MarketAccess, Medicaland SciOpsusing appropriateKPIs.

·      Manageseffective agency partnerships.

·      Monitorsbusinessperformanceand external environmentvia appropriatetools andtakes correctiveaction asrequired to meet businessobjectives.

·     Acts asbrand championto create focus and enthusiasmboth internallyand with externalcustomers andagencies.

·       Collaborates with market access, medical and Sci-Ops departments to support marketing authorization and reimbursement processes

·      Qualityof country/region/globalproduct salesforecasting
