Qualification

• Engineering level of Mechanical; Industrial or similar branches
• Good level of English
• Strong communication skills
• Aware of injection plastic production and processes.
• Familiar with production tools., assembly machine, checking fixtures, robotics systems, packaging
• Action oriented person with analytical and problem solving skills
• No obstacle for travelling
• No military obligations for male candidates
• Min 3 years experience at similar competitors in Automotive

• Define the process and industrialization of production equipment for the projects on which he was assigned
• Participates costings of its scope of business (resources, packaging, flow ...)
• Integrates process constraints in product design
• Propose to the Project team the industrial scenarios of the project and the expectations for project/ customer / factory
• Initiates VSM and ensure its support by the factory and realizes the transfer of the means on time
• Responsible for preparation of FMEA and taking account of constraints in the Product-Process design
• Takes into account the imperatives of Lean Manufacturing recipient site and SPM standard Mécaplast
• Set in accordance with the standards of the Industrialization of production means the specifications of the equipment (assembly, checking fixtures, painting, finishing, packaging).
• Participates the preparation of technical specification of checking fixtures
• Manages the transfer of knowledge needed to start through the industrial integration plan (Managed by the Launch Manager)
