QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

YOU WILL TAKE CARE OF  

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by customer
  • Build excellent customer relationships on an individual basis
  • Ensure a broadly-based positive business relationship across the customers
  • Plan, control, and allocate specific budget and consumer promotion allocations in line with the company and commercial policy
  • Plan, negotiate, and finalize the annual promotional calendar / activation in coordination with Commercial marketing team
  • Be a key asset with regard to timely roll-out of product launches and in-market activities
  • Review, analyze and evaluate key objectives after each activation in each account and decide appropriate measures for future for such programs
  • Hold weekly meetings / monthly reviews with sales team
  • Provide regular reports and compile a detailed monthly summary and action plan
  • Contributes to the growth of the online business via individual responsibility for enhancing the consumer experience, executing customer order fullfilment, and maintaining the technology and infrastructure
  • Create & Maintain website content and ensure all content is up to date. Ensure all pages, products & content on the site are correct, updated and in line with company guidelines
  • Responsible for creating high lead converting landing pages, A+ content, news articles and keyword rich pages
  • Assist in day to day management of SEO strategy, ePOS  implementation & monitoring
  • Manage day to day social media implementation
  • Co-ordinate all website activity with 3rd party partners

WHAT IT TAKES 

  • BA in Business Administration, Marketing or similar from a recognized University
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in FMCG
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • High proficiency in MS Office applications with a focus on Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, high analytical skills, result-oriented, proactive attitude
