QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Nitto Otomotiv Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi is a wholly owned subsidiary of Japan's listed leading diversified materials manufacturer Nitto.

We are looking for "Procurement Supervisor" for our organization who will be reporting to General Manager.

Task requirements:

• Make plans to realize the targets and budgets of the purchasing department in line with the strategies and policies determined by the company,

• Determine new strategies and actions to sustain business development with suppliers,

• Carry out development-enhancing activities by evaluating the performance of the suppliers,

• Managing new supplier research processes and presenting them to senior management,

• Prepare and control procurement and supply KPIs,

• Taking part in internal and external system development projects,

 Prepare for audit processes,(IATF)

• Prepare the presentations to the management and to present them to the senior management,

• Prepare annual and quarterly budget studies,

• To ensure that analysis are made in order to ensure optimum demand / supply matching,

• Ensuring the control and coordination of the process from order to delivery in supply chain functions,

Requirements for the position:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing and preferably logistics,

• At least 3 years of managerial positions in the field of purchasing and supply chain,

• Excellent English language skills ( both verbal and written),

• Experience in using and developing the SAP ERP module,

• Experienced in team management and orientation,

• Completed military service for male candidates,

• Preferably residing in the Anatolian side of Istanbul,
