SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Nitto Bento Bantçılık San. ve Tic. A.Ş is a wholly owned subsidiary of Japan's listed leading diversified materials manufacturer Nitto. We are currently accepting applications for our plant in Esenyurt / Istanbul where we produce and sell closure tapes & frontal tapes for baby and adult diapers, as well as packaging tapes, protective tapes for window profile, external facade panels, aluminum and steel plates sectors.
We are looking for Sales Support Specialist for our organisation.

The function:

• Place and confirm orders into the system, and ensure that order is shipped  within the deadlines
• Preparing all export (shipping and customs) documentation formalities.
• Answer questions about products specifications, warranties or terms of sale.
• Following  customer payments; ensuring that the financial debts are in accordance within the company’s and the customer’s accounts, 
• Work in coordination with logistics, custom office and finance department.
• Providing support to the customers for complaints after the sales,
• Maintain and improve customer satisfaction,
• Handling production plan and actual stock based on customer forecast 

Profile:

• Relevant commercial experience of at least 3 years in customer service or logistics with  International Trade-Export operations and Knowledge of Export Procedures and Regulations
• Experience in dealing with export and import documentation formalities (including Letters of Credit).
• Experienced in using MS Office applications and used to work with ERP systems for order treatment. SAP knowledge is a plus
• Strong presentation and communication skills. 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and balance priorities; flexible and work under stress and pressure
• Strong team player.  
• Fluent in written and verbal Turkish and English
