Design Engineer

University graduate of Physics, Chemistry, Electric, Electronic& Communication Engineering , Polymer Engineering, or Metallurgy& Materials Engineering  departments; with  two  years experience (cable sector preferred) ; the person will be responsible from the following:

-design and develop cable including development of construction and process optimization taking national& international standards and customer requests as reference,

-prepare data sheets and update BOMS where necessary,

-analyze variance between real production values and design values, 

-search the innovations, opportunities, and improving areas in cable industry,

-develop and implement cost reduction projects,

-answer customer questions in coordination with Sales department and to develop alternative solutions in order to guarantee customer satisfaction,

Requirements for the role;

Team working and strong sense of quality in analytical work,

Customer oriented approach,

Fluent English & MS Office applications – advanced Excel skills

Knowledge of applicable industry standards

Male candidates should have no military obligations.

The position is based in Nexans Tuzla Plant.  Applicants should reside on the Anatolian side.
