About the Position

We are looking for a creative and driven Guerilla Marketing Specialistto become part of our team and play a vital role in shaping the business. You will be creating campaigns that have the opportunity to go viral, while people will remember them for a long time after their initial encounter. You will be part of a fast-paced entrepreneurial organization based in İZMİR.

Responsibilities

• Execute creative, fun, outside-the-box, campaigns that reach a targeted audience;
• Organize events, activities and online initiatives that have the chance to go viral;
• Assist with launching campaigns across multiple channels (both digital and traditional);
• Able to continuously generate creative marketing ideas in an enthusiastic environment;
• Leverage the freedom of this role to enhance creative thinking, while showing the ability to accurately meet deadlines;
• Maintain & evolve existing marketing programs and create new strategies and initiatives to increase consumer engagement.

Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications

• A minimum of two years of work experience in a fast-paced work environment; 
• Gained first work experience in a start-up, marketing agency or other fast-paced working environment;
• Able to work within an ambiguous and fast-paced environment;
• Proven from track record of creative initiatives, hobbies and projects;
• Outgoing, open-minded, and energetic with a touch of fun and sporty attitude.
