Front-end Developer

We are looking for an enthusiastic Front-End Developer for our development team who can work in a highly collaborative environment, is logical and systematic in his work and can work on his own initiative. 

Essential Experience

• 3+ years working on a web product
• Experience using tools such as Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator or similar design programs
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS3, JavaScript
• Experience with developing web application user interfaces using major JavaScript libraries and frameworks
• A good knowledge of consistent user experience
• Experience with working Git

Big Plus

• Experience with TypeScript
• Experience running usability testing and user research
• Experience working with metrics-driven analytics and A-B testing schemes to validate design assumptions

Responsibilities

• Help building a consistent design language across the products
• Work collaboratively with other team members (graphics designers, developers) to create intuitive user experiences
• Understand the product, user behavior, identify needs and devise elegant solutions
• Establish best practice and methodologies on how designs are documented and communicated
• Designing and developing Web UI based on product specifications
• Maintaining and extending the functionality of existing Web UI

Required Soft Skills

• Good written and verbal communication skills (English must, Turkish preferred)
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Good interpersonal skills
