The Senior Graphics and Web Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing graphics and user-friendly web designs. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and proficiency in various design software and web development tools.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or related field
• Proven work experience as a Graphics and Web Designer or similar role
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Experience with web design and development tools such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Create visual concepts and develop designs for websites, logos, and marketing materials
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and provide creative solutions
• Design and optimize web graphics, user interfaces, and site navigation for usability and visual appeal
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices in design and web development
• Conduct user research and testing to enhance user experience and satisfaction
• Manage and prioritize multiple design projects while maintaining high quality and attention to detail
• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and interns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with company objectives
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and workflows
