Rf Engineers;

·         Min 2 years of work experience in Mobile Network RF optimization

·         Technical competence on Rf network quality and must be willing to learn New Technologies

·         Good knowledge of multi-vendor networks especially Nokia 2G/3G/LTE/SRAN features and parameters.

·         Advantage to have experience with following tools: Atoll, MapInfo, ACTIX, Netact , Helix/Optima, Mentor, OMS, Atol , Drive Test and Vendor based tools like Discovery, Custormer based tools like NA

·         RAN parameters settings and analysis of network KPI’s 

·         Familiar with GSM/EDGE/WCDMA/HSPA+optimization, being familiar with RF algorithms & parameters (eg Handover, power control and RRM algorithms, etc.)

·         Experience on LTE Radio technologies is a plus, being familiar with RF algorithms & parameters

·         Being able to generation, implementation and assesment of 2G Frequency Planning &3G PSC Planning in addition with Neighbor Analysis.

·         Understanding tool usage, methods and procedures to analyze data collected from the field drive tests, network elements, signaling and measurement systems to determine network-wide optimization activities.

·         Maintain network / service KPIs / QOS and manage target values or levels for them in terms of availability, accessibility, retainability and integrity

·         Coverage gaps, areas of poor pilot dominance and tuning site configurations (e.g. antenna tilts & azimuths & determining cross feeders) areas of pilot pollution, over-shooting analysis

·         Optimise and tune with smart network technologies (2G/3G/LTE sites, smallcells, repeaters, femtocells..)

·         Review the network performance in the region through all quality and performance reports; and ensures necessary actions are taken to sustain & improve the quality of the 2G / 3G and LTE networks

·         Being able to perform Corporate/VIP customer case analysis via using Signalling & Optimization tools.

·         Special event follow-up and proactive optimization in area of responsibility

·         Regional functions (planning, site survey, .), ensuring the forming of all necessary frequency and parameters related to the site to be planned

All candidates must have;

• BSc degree in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunications Engineering, (Master degree preferred)
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)  
• Driving licence (B class)
• No restriction to travel  
• No military service obligation for male candidates
