As an important player celebrating its 27th anniversary year  in flooring industry we are looking for an Export Support Specialist who will join our Sales&Marketing team in Istanbul.  We need a dynamic and persistent team player who will help us to plan, coordinate and execute our Export operations for our different brands serving various sectors in more than 30 markets. 

 JOB DESCRIPTION

The candidate will be working in sales&marketing department to support export operation. The job description includes but not limited to the following tasks,  

• Dealing with the customers for any operational concern when needed
• Preparing proposals, proformas based on the demands of the customers in the given perspective by Sales&Marketing manager.
• Planning, coordinating, executing, tracking export operation with all related parties including production planning, decision support,  production, quality control, shipment, accounting, sales departments through ERP system and continuous communication.
• Logistics operations of the realized contracts; follow up of all documentations of related LC’s, CAD’s
• Applying for credit limits of clients  and their follow-ups in Eximbank.
• Organizing and executing customs and inspection transactions
• Will help export operation to track and recontact customers and potential customers in databases in order to realize sales targets.
• Will help export operation with excellent presentation skills in exhibitions, customer visits and similar contact activities.
• Will help export operation by giving sales presentations, perform product demonstrations for foreign customers on product specifications 
• Preparing weekly and monthly export management reports
• Support local sales team members in needed actions. 
• Daily / weekly / monthly reporting 
• Other tasks given by management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position
• Experience in international trading operations : documentation, payment and delivery terms, (INCOTERMS) in international trade,foreign trade legislation and logistics transactions
• Knowledge of Turkish foreign trade and Customs regulations and documentation
• Excellent knowledge of English language is mandatory; the knowledge of at least a second foreign language among Russian, Arabic, French  would be considered as a plus
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Persistent, passionate, flexible and task-oriented 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, customer service and follow-up skills
• Ability to multi-task projects with equal priority
• Time management and priority setting
• No military obligation for male candidates
• Have no obstacle to travel,
• Ability to deal with stress and work with deadlines
