Decision Support Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering or related fields, preferably with a Finance MBA,
• Min 7 years experience with min 2 years management experience in relevant areas Proficiency in English,
• Strong knowledge of MS-Office applications,
• Knowledge in ERP software (SAP FI/CO/PA/AX/Oracle) applications will be an asset,
• Good knowledge of International and Local Financial Reporting Standards,
• Good knowledge of accounting systems, 
• Strong interpersonal relationship builder, hands-on manager with proven ability to lead and execute, 
• Strategic thinker, good organizational and planning skills,

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide full transparency for key P&L lines at business and product level versus plan using historical/ other comparative data and provide value-adding commentary, on performance variances, applying deep analysis of the business, 
• Lead scenario and simulation models for Dynamic Forecast process; and manage Fixed Cost revisions through the year (timetable plan, consolidation, reporting, presentation) 
• Secure on-time delivery, accurate and relevant Dynamic Forecast documents as per guidelines from the Center, 
• Preparation and delivery of Dynamic Forecast presentations as monthly Organic Growth and comparative Key Financials; Review and comment on various financial metrics in the P&L at business and product group level highlighting major gaps vs plan, 
• Update working capital allocations (inventories, receivables, payable) to business units/channels, 
• Final Release approval for P&L Account by product groups after monthly actuals/Dynamic Forecasts, 
• Contribution to Setting Targets for main P&L Components, 
• Calculate Working Capitals and Target Free Cash Flows and prepare the Gaps vs Targets; coordination with stakeholders to be taken earlier actions for Gap Closing, 
• Active role in preparation F&C outputs for high level meetings (monthly MANCOM/Zone/Group) 
• Monitor Year- to Go requirements for Market Bonus Targets, 
• Directly reporting to CFO and support CFO around trend analysis versus historical/Dynamic Forecast data; taking primary ownership for Management Reports/Presentations, preparation of Corporate Management Letter and other reports to the Center.
