Quality Assurance Specialist

We are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Technical Team, who will mainly be responsible for ensuring compliance in co-manufacturers in terms of quality & food safety (e.g.  food safety, HACCP, auditing, hygiene, pest control, chemical contaminants, microbiology food safety, sensory, thermal processing, statistical process control, net content management etc.) S/he will frequently visitco-man site and will provide continuous communication between co-man and Nestlé for quality related topics.

• University Degree from Food Engineering
• At least 2-3 years of experience in F&B Industry, preferably in Dairy

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensure full compliance and zero defect at co-manufacture via:

-ensuring food safety in our co-manufacturer by leading Food safety requirements implementation and validating with audits

-management of quality related KPI's

-annual GLP (good laboratory practices) audits and performancetests

-following up consumer complaints & leading improvement studies for quality issues and consumer / customer complaints

-attending sensory evaluations of Nestle products & regular sensory trainings for related team

-contributing to other quality improvement projects in co-manufacturer

• Follow up I&R (innovation & renovation) projects via:

-attending I&R meetings for new projects

-attending trials of new launches and shelf life evaluations

-following up new product trial shipment results when required

-ensuring QA to do list completion before first industrial production
