QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently looking for a Digital Content Specialist to join our E-Business Team, who will mainly be responsible for enforcing the value chain of content, working with the users and NBS to assign metadata values, and monitoring / auditing metadata quality. They will work with legal to ensure that contract restrictions and usage rights are accurately managed in the system.

- Experienced in project management
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and attention to detail in previous projects
- Detail-oriented with ability to handle various tasks simultaneously under multiple deadlines
- Highly proactive, motivated, and innovative, with the ability and willingness to share his/her knowledge with peers
- Familiarity with the digital world and concepts
- Fluency in English
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for the DAM (Digital Asset Management) system using a broad set of storage, retrieval, reporting, and analytical tools; and provide training and support to other staff members, partners and agencies
- Initiate, plan, manage, execute, and/or collaborate with data standards compliance initiatives (including taxonomy) to ensure data integrity across digital asset distribution
- Drive & ensure change in the way of working within the organization and with the external parties / Self-directed strategic thinker capable of making an impact quickly
- Ensure IP understanding and best practices adherence in regard to the Assets in their organization with the alignment of Legal team
- Perform digital management system administration tasks, such as managing user access and permissions, creating and removing metadata fields
- Ensure digital content integrity across managed assets and stages of the asset management process
- Facilitate pilot projects with different internal functions’
- Make reports to facilitate monitoring and control of content collection, management, and downstream syndication
- Work with NBS (Nestle Business Solution) to identify and manage the resolution of data quality issues, such as uniqueness, integrity, accuracy, consistency, and completeness
- Implement eContent strategies supporting Marketing, Sales & CCSD, ensure continuous improvement of the eContent Operational Model in the Market and update eContent best practices on a regular basis
- Initiate, plan and collaborate with Above Market and Market Business Units the execution of eContent activities required to develop, publish and measure eContent
- Manage eCS system implementation and upgrade as super user, execute testing and leverage the tool to meet business expectations. Collaborate with IS/IT team to provide business requirements
- Measure eContent performance, perform brand/product gap analysis, provide dashboard to relevant stakeholders and drive corrective action to ensure Best in Class eContent online representation
- Build and consolidate market key learnings to share with Global and Local Digital marketing / eBusiness teams
*The position is contract based and will be held for a 10-month fixed period.
