QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently looking for a Capability Building Specialist to join our Nestlé Professional Team, who will mainly be responsible for enhancing the sales & marketing workforce skills and capabilities by developing and implementing effective trainings while shaping the team attitude to become a highly sustained performance driven team in relation with OMP.

• University Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources; MBA is preferred

• At least 3 years of experience in business operations or HR/Training functions, preferably in Out of Home environment

• Demonstrated success in managing multi-category and cross-functional teams, creating a high performance culture

• Experience of coordination in multidisciplinary environment, and working in a matrix organization with the ability to influence others

• Experience and understanding of basic SHE and food safety principles and quality principles, HACCP, hygiene in the F&B industry

• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office

• SAP knowledge is a plus


JOB DESCRIPTION

• Perform competency gap analysis for the whole Nestlé Professional Team and accordingly guide the development and recommend learning strategies and plan to build capabilities for employees ensuring a Continuous Improvement mindset and optimizing operational effectiveness

• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and causes of performance and/or learning problems; accordingly develop solutions for learning gaps, improving performance or solving performance problems

• Provide overall guidance to training activities in the area of responsibility

• Participate in curriculum design improvement with the Human Resources Business Partner based on feedback received from participants

• Develop new programs in alignment with related sales and/or marketing managers; and execute orientation & onboarding programs for all new comers

• Ensure provision of Train the Trainer and Coaching Expertise

• Define measures of success for the program with the line of business; and ensure that the measurement process is realistic and easy to implement

• Drive employee development, support with performance evaluation and performance objectives, while setting departmental objectives etc.

• Support line managers to monitor sales teams’ action plans and/or spend time on the field to ensure effective implementation

• Effective Management, Coordination and preparation of Training Budgets

• Support Capability Building Manager to develop NCE Mindset and application throughout the organization

• Ensure communication of all relevant training and learning information to major Stakeholders • Manage relationships with external providers
