Regional Warehouse Manager

We are currently looking for an Regional Warehouse Manager for Ankara Regionto join our Supply Chain Team, who will ensure the delivery of outstanding warehousing services at a minimum cost

Main Responsibilities;

• Implementing, monitoring and managing Safety, Health and Environment, Quality regulations and Best Practice
• Insure that continuous improvement philosophy is in place within the DC, by process optimization and control
• Ensure dispatch of materials at right time and right quantity
• Ensure that reverse logistics operation is done accurately on time
• Ensure that Regional warehouse operations are in line with Nestlé GWP
• Ensure correct interpretation and application of all legal requirements across operations
• Line Managers at all levels and functions have responsibility either directly or through appropriate managers, supervisors and team leaders that the operation/activities within their areas of responsibility are carried out in accordance with company/site policies and legislation and that any requirements are integrated into the work activities under their control
• Ensure continuous improvement of environmental performances

Qualifications required for this position are as follows;

• University Degree
• At least 2 years relevant and successful operational experience in a leadership role at market/ business level in warehouse management
• Relevant operational experience at market/business level, in the following areas is beneficial: Customer Service, Demand & Supply Planning, Sales, Transportation, Technical 
• Finance: Business Planning, budget control, cost management
• Experience in the management of projects such as: Warehouse Design, Distribution Network Redesign, High Performance Logistics, Customer Logistics
• Desirable to have had worked on a leadership position in a LEAN organization, who has adapted LEAN concepts and tools as part of their way of working
• Desirable to have had experience implementing LEAN concepts and tools
