We are currently looking for a Marketing Administrative Assistant to join our Marketing team.

Location: Maslak, İstanbul

Type of contract: Permanent

As a Marketing Administrative Assistant, you will have the following responsibilities;

  • Generate purchase orders and transmit to external vendors
  • Monitor timely delivery of ordered goods or timely execution of ordered services
  • Monitor timely delivery of components to subcontractors (co-manufacturers, co-packers)
  • Monitor timely receipt of vendor invoices
  • Resolution of operational issues with external vendors
  • Coordinate warehouse & agencies regarding delivery of promotional items
  • Give administrative support to the execution of marketing activities, such as consumer promotions
  • Generate purchase requests of marketing team
  • Report weekly progress vs yearly master plan for sampling activities, and post evaluations, etc
  • Budget tracking for CRC and Brand Groups (tracking & recording of invoices)
  • Follow-up the approval of new product prices/price changes
  • Follow-up the approval of artwork changes/ new product openings
  • Organize departmental meetings and report the minutes of the meetings
  • Follow the internal coordination of the trainings, workshops, meetings and events related to department
  • Preparation and sending documents

Which profile are we looking for?

  • University Degree
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position
  • Good level of English
