  Turkey Istanbul Trakya Free Zone, (Çatalca) in our newly established factory with the following qualifications to assign the “Industrial Engineer” we are looking for.

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering,
• Min. 2-3 years experience in industrial engineering,
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Programs (specialy the excel),
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English, 
• Thinking broadly about business,
• Understanding needs of the market & customer,
• Having desire to do outstanding jobs,
• Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
• Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,
• Building collaboration,
• Able to work in shifts,
  
• Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.

JOB DESCRIBTION

• To lead productivity and investment projects,
• To perform work balancing, time analysis, staff count and capacity calculations at the assigned responsibility area,
• Pre-evaluation and optimization of projects, using simulation software,
• To release advanced reports,
• To ensure the necessary process steps to be completed on time at the new product projects,
• To develop ideas and to lead creative production and material handling related projects.
• To be familiar with warehouse process and planning and warehouse softwares.
