Job Description

·         You will be able to develop industrial packaging solutions according to customer requirements and international standards in by using multi-material approach: plastic, wood, plywood, corrugated paper, steel, foam…

·         Contact with internal and external customers, gather detailed needs of processes and all stakeholders to fulfill necessities and offer right solutions

·         Development and design of packaging solutions in a 3D environment and 2D technical drawing creation

·         Communicate and interact with the different people of the NEFAB Group responsible for the development of Design and Packaging solutions

·         Visit customers with or without Sales Team, attend meetings and prepare presentations where needed

·         Prototyping/production

·         Use the Packaging Know How to design economically viable solutions

·         Participation in international projects

·         Acquisition of knowledge and technical skills at various levels (production processes, raw materials, costing methods)

Profile

·         Degree/Master's Degree in Engineering

·         Knowledge of 3D and CAD systems

·         1-3 years experience related to CAD activities

·         Knowledge of Windows software (Word, Excel, Power Point)

·         Fluency in English both written and spoken is a must

·         Ability to work under pressure without jeopardizing the quality of work, deadlines and without compromising customer satisfaction (Customer first)

·         Easy adaptation to different work areas, allowing you to solve challenges during the performance of your duties and facilitate the work of peers (Cooperation)

·         Strong sense of responsibility that allows you to assume the importance of projects and tasks to be performed (Empowerment)

·         Proactive in creating solutions that allow to avoid working in emergencies that compromise the quality of results and efficiency throughout the processes
