We are looking for senior specialists who have expertise in Valuation, Modelling and M&A transactions to join our Strategy and Corporate Finance team.

Your role

  • Advise clients on their potential M&A transactions in Türkiye
  • Involvement in all aspects of the transaction process, from sourcing and analysis to the execution of any investment opportunities including due diligence, financial modelling and the creation of investment materials.
  • Supporting the team in performing robust business enterprise and equity valuations using the Income Approach, Market Approach and Net Assets Approach methods incorporating sector, deal and/or investment considerations.
  • Interpreting the results from the various valuation methods applied and concluding on an appropriate valuation estimate.
  • Liaise and work as a team in harmony; we teach and we learn, we present, and we are at ease working in an international environment
  • Assisting with the development of proposals to win new projects.
  • Conducting analysis of companies from an accounting and financial perspective
  • Draft and present client deliverables including information memorandums, teasers and presentations of various types


Your skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or Engineering from reputable universities
  • Min. 2-3 years of similar experience
  • Background in Valuation, Corporate Finance, Deal Advisory or M&A in a Big4 company, investment bank or boutique M&A house is a plus
  • Knowledge of M&A and capital markets transactions and the trends in the market
  • Experience in business modeling and has a good understanding on identifying KPIs of various sectors
  • Good understanding of general M&A scope and documentation
  • Excellent English, reporting and presentation skills
  • Excellent usage of office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • A client focused mindset demonstrating strong sense of responsibility
  • Strong team work ethic, ability to work as part of versatile teams
  • Proactive and analytical mindset; and desire for continuous learning
