NanoMagnetics Instruments a leading AFM/SPM manufacturing company is looking for Foreign Trade and Purchasing Specialist who will be responsible for the optimization of procurement and sales (export and import operations), i.e., for all operations related to the company’s foreign economic activity.

• Responsible of export/import operations
• Prepare transportation documents based on the contract terms and conditions
  
• Carry out correspondence (negotiations) with customers’ logistics specialists and managers of transport companies on transport logistics issues: agreement of transportation documents (Invoice, Pacing List, AWB), cargo packing, insurance
• Tracking the movement of cargo and route
  
• Make order/price checks of received orders and ensure that actual deliveries are carried out in accordance with the orders
• Organize internal logistics
  
• Perform management reporting within the scope of specified target

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (essential) – Preferable if bachelors in Foreign Trade, Logistics, Business or Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience in International Trading Operations: documentation preparing contracts/LC, logistics transactions
• Very good command of written and spoken English, second language is a plus
  
• Having strong negotiation, communication and writing skills both in Turkish and English
  
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Self motivated, having strong work ethics and discipline
• Demonstrate strong problem solving skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple, complex priorities within demanding timeframes
  
• Team worker with good human relations
  
• Having the proper driving license and active driver
  
• No military obligation for male candidates
