JOB DESCRIPTION

• Multitasking and entrepreneurial thinker
• Be accurately and efficiently completing seller & buyer paperwork as well as taking thorough notes in back office
• Make analysis and prepare reports about sellers, sales, campaigns and promotions’ performance
• Track the trade-ins and delivery of vehicles. Keep a vehicle and sales operation log.
• Constructively communicate with dealership (sellers) as required to goals category needs
• Request and process lien payoffs
• Recording of used car purchases
• Posting of New & Used Car Deals
• Submission or follow up for any documents required for Contracts (service & Warranty)
• Monitor and improve SKU quality of related category in terms of prices, visuals, product attribute by guiding seller about company requests and demands
• Manages collection and reconciliation process for expertise company, 3^rdpart, dealership
• Continually study our vehicle line as well as that of competing side
• Participate idea generation process  for process improvement or reaching category targets such as GMV, membership, SKU quality & quantity etc.
