QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Bachelors Degree,
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in automotive and e-commerce sector,
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications,
  • Good command of written and spoken English,
  • Self-motivated pursuer able to act as an effective team player,
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem solving abilities,
  • Good presentation skills with strong communication abilities,
  • Detail and result oriented,
  • Ability to work in multi-tasking environment,
  • Have an interest in e-commerce and have worked in automotive sector,
  • Have a wealth of vehicle knowledge,
  • Experience and network in car dealer, fleet companies.


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Make analysis and prepare reports about sellers, sales, campaigns and promotions’ performance
  • Complete seller & buyer paperwork accurately and efficiently as well as taking thorough notes in back office
  • Track the trade-ins and delivery of vehicles. Keep a vehicle and sales operation log.
  • Communicate constructively with dealerships (sellers) as required to goals company needs
  • Request and process lien payoffs
  • Record of used car purchases
  • Post of New & Used Car Deals
  • Submission or follow up for any documents required for Contracts (service & Warranty)
  • Monitor and improve car detail quality of related category in terms of prices, visuals, product attribute by guiding seller about company requests and demands
  • Manage collection and reconciliation process for expertise company, 3rd part, dealership
  • Study our vehicle line as well as that of competing side continually. 
  • Participate idea generation process for process improvement and reach category targets such as GMV, membership, SKU quality & quantity etc.
