QUALIFICATIONS

·         Bachelor degree from engineering,

·         Minimum 10 years of experience working in HSE functions of a manufacturing environment,

·         Minimum 5 years of experience of leading team,

·         A Level Occupational Health and Safety Specialist Certificate from Ministry of Labor and Social Security,

·         Strong communication, coordination and management skills, leadership skills and analytical approach,

·         Having strong problem solving skills  and Project Management skills,

·         ExcellentOHSAS 18001 / ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 Management Systems skills,

·         Fluent reading, writing, and speaking in English,

·         Knowledge of national regulations & international HSE standards

·         Knowledge of MS Office programs

JOB DESCRIPTION

·         Develop Health, Safety & Environment procedures, programs and systems at our plant,

·         Ensuring the application of Health, Safety & Environment regulations and rules at all Company functions,

·         Organizing, carrying out and tracking the risk assessments,

·         To follow-up conformity of the performed activities to the standards and regulations, to commence corrective actions,

·         To follow-up developments and legal regulations related to HSE, and implement them in the factory,

·         To participate internal HSE audits, preparing the action plans related with the findings and carry out and follow the corrective actions,

·         To improve HSE policy according to size a way that it continuously develops HSE performance of goals and targets,

·         To make any kind of legal and regulatory reporting requirements within the organisation.
