We are looking for a Risk Management and Internal Audit Specialist with the following qualifications to work within the Customer Experience Department reporting to Risk Management and Internal Audit Assistant Manager.

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable universities in Engineering, BA, Economics or relevant field
• Minimum 3 years experience of working in a risk management / Internal Audit function
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, high persuasion ability
• Compatible to Team work and can also work with different teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, result-oriented
• Responsible for the systematic and regular working principle, job tracking and finalizing issues
• Open to learning and personal development
• In-depth knowledge of risk management and internal audit methodologies
• Advanced English Level

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Carry out the annual risk management / internal audit plans
• Evaluating and managing any potential risk (operational, legal, strategic, organisational etc.) with relevant departments
• Monitoring and Periodic review of Risk management outputs
• Audit the annual financial, operational and information systems 
• Monitoring and inspection of possible fraud activities and evaluation of fraud risk
• Working on the company’s legal regulations with compliance department and providing correspondence to legal regulations
