As a Financial Controller and a member of our Finance & Reporting Team, you will be located in Multi Turkey Head Office in Istanbul and directly reporting to the Finance & Reporting Manager.

Your Role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Business Engineering
  
• Min. 4 years of experience (2-3 years audit experience in Big 4 Audit Companies is an asset)
• Solid knowledge of IFRS
• Advanced level of English
• Confident and fluent communicator with management at all levels,
• Analytical thinking, result oriented, self-motivated, ability to deliver high quality work to tight deadlines

Your Qualifications:

• Control monthly accounting closing processes, identify and propose adjustments, if necessary
• Prepare monthly financial statements in line with IFRS and group reporting requirements
• Prepare financial part of monthly mall management reports and ad-hoc reports requested by Management
• Take role in BP preparation processes, when needed
• Prepare Lender compliance reports and presentations
• Control and test new BO reports created on the system
• Carry out the relations with auditors during year-end assurance
• Support the Finance and Reporting Manager regarding with reports prepared for Banks
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for external investor owned SPVs in accordance with the related asset management agreements
