MUBEA AVIATION manufactures detail parts and assemblies for the aviation industry. The company works mainly aluminum, titanium, and steel using metal forming, machining, surface treatment and assembly processes.

We are seeking for “Human Resources Specialist” to join our Human Resources Team with the following qualifications;

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations & Labor Economics, Business Administration, Psychology, or a closely related field,

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position,

• Knowledge of legislation concerning Human Resources,

• Very good command of written and spoken English,

• Professional knowledge of MS Applications (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint),

• Able to perform in a highly dynamic environment that requires multitasking and accurate prioritization,

• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, problem-solving, proactive, teamworking, communication, and data-driven thinking skills,

• With strong communication skills,

• High adaptation skills with change agility and willing to learn.

We Want You To:

• Executing all HR functions such as Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Disciplinary Processes, Personnel Operations, Employee Relations etc.

• Handling all recruitment activities for related vacancies (creating the candidate pool, conducting competency-based interviews, reference checking, feedback and reporting).

• Leading or contributing to HR related projects,

• Contributing to the development and improvement of HR policies and procedures with corporate values,

• Deal with complex or sensitive day to day people management issues,

• To support in the restructuring of human resources processes to ensure efficiency and the analysis of value-added activities,

• Supporting the execution of all other activities within the scope of Administrative Affairs.
