About the Job

This role is a Front Desk Receptionist which will suit an individual with customer care/guest relations background who wants to gain valuable experience and exposure at a rapidly growing start-up. You will be the intermediary between guests and local operations team - during the booking process by:


  • Solving any kind of problems to satisfy the guest needs and wishes
  • Working towards KPIs in relations to responding to client issues in a timely and accurate manner
  • Following up to a set targeted guest reviews per day and week
  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure guest resolution is swift and seamless
  • Working hard to achieve targeted NPS scoring
  • Coordinate our cleaning, maintenance and emergency logistics services - no day is ever the same at Missafir and it is our job to solve all those unexpected issues when they arise to ensure that our guests have a flawless stay
  • Help the Operations team in the day-to-day, being their eyes, managing the schedule and, assisting them with their troubleshooting
  • Assisting in escorting all guests to their rooms in accordance with their requests and the our standards
  • Having ability to handle emergency procedures and situations with maturity and professionalism
  • This role will be night-shift between 23:00 - 07:00 or 00:00 - 08:00.


Who You Are

  • You are a new graduate of Tourism and Hospitality Management or closely related field,
  • A travel enthusiast with a keen eye for the details also have a solid understanding what a personalized service is.
  • You have a passion for property management, and you’ll get extra points if you’ve previously worked in the hospitality industry!
  • You are an individual that has worked in high-level customer service multichannel contact center and has a demonstrable background in achieving KPIs and delivering seamless customer service
  • You have a clear idea on how to handle guest complaints.
  • You love problem solving and will go to any length to find a solution!
  • We are always online! Therefore you need to be flexible in terms of shifts.
  • A team player who can adapt to different needs of the business.
  • Someone with an impeccable grasp of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Self-driven, self-motivated, proactive – a hustler!
  • Passionate about start-up culture and innovative ideas.
  • Stamina and drive to always push yourself to improve and innovate.

Important! This role will be night-shift between 23:00 - 07:00 or 00:00 - 08:00.
