JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a "Payroll and Personnel Affair Manager" to be based in İzmir

  • To guide employers and managers on a case-by-case basis in terms of payroll and employee affairs and to anticipate the risks to be taken.
  • Evaluate the business processes of the payroll team and ensure control of the business outputs.
  • Finding solutions, taking action or creating new processes in the face of disruptions in the process.
  • Establishing the annual Human Resources budget.
  • To make reports related to the area of responsibility, to analyze the prepared report, to prepare presentations, to prepare procedures and regulations.
  • To follow changes in legal regulations and to adapt them to the implementation.
  • Conducting employee litigation processes in coordination with the legal department.
  • To pay the employees' salaries, to provide the necessary legal notifications, to ensure that disciplinary processes are terminated in accordance with the law, to ensure that personnel transactions are followed up regularly and accurately and to make bank payments.
  • To comply with all the principles and rules of the Company regarding OHS and workplace administration, harmony, discipline, information security, ethics, security and cleanliness, anti-bribery, confidentiality and competition, and the procedures and regulations issued in relation to them.
  • Informing the relevant units in a timely manner of personal, family, marital situations, address of residence and other necessary information and any changes in this information, which are taken as a basis in terms of rights and obligations set out in contracts or regulations.
  • To adapt and support the innovations and changes to be made within the company.
  • To follow the developments related to the profession and to investigate the opportunities and methods that will make the task more effective.
  • Making careful planning while performing the task, following the work to the end and analyzing the problems that arise, and solving them in a timely manner.
  • Solving the problem and reaching the conclusion within the knowledge and approval of the manager in cases where the work goes out of the routine flow.
  • If necessary, to fulfill the side duties that may occur within the scope of or related to the job and to participate in the project works.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduates of at least Bachelor's degree and above from related departments of universities,
  • 10 years or more experience in the implementation of Human Resources systems and processes,
  • Experienced in the structuring and implementation of Strategic Human Resources Planning and Payroll and Personnel Management processes,
  • Dominate the Labor Law, İŞKUR, SGK,ISG and all labor legislation and follow the changes in the legislation,
  • Strong planning and coordination skills, successful in team management,
  • Advanced English knowledge,
  • Have good SAP knowledge,
  • The position will be based in İzmir,
  • No military obligation for male candidates.
