GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

We are looking for Project Administrative Assistant to take part in MRC Turkey located in Çankaya/ANKARA;

What we are looking for? 

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant area
  • Experience in administrative support roles; working as project assistant in construction/engineering projects previously preferred
  • Experience in supporting contract management, procurement and tender processes
  • Fluent communication skills in English
  • Full competence in writing and speaking in Russian/Turkish or Turkish/Russian.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment (printers, fax machines, etc.)
  • Excellent command of standard MS-office software
  • Ability multi-tasking and prioritization of tasks autonomously
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Detail oriented, strong problem solver
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization and planning skills
  • Strong team work and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptability and flexibility

(Candidates with English, Turkish and Russian competency combined will be preferred.)

 What you will be working on?

  • Administrative supporting and acting as as the communications and visibility focal point for the Project Office
  • Providing support for internal and external meeting organisations
  • Preparing administrative documents, collect and compile inputs to documents
  • Managing documentation related to projects
  • Draft routine correspondence for project implementation such as communication with service providers, experts, staff in the field, relevant counterparts etc.
  • Assisting in procurement processes and actions foreseen in Project
  • Administering contracts with service providers, subcontractors, etc.
  • Making written translation of engineering reports and technical Russian/Turkish documents into Turkish/ Russian
  • Providing translation support in other required issues related to the project
