Purpose of the Job

In this role you will be assigned to manage Human Resources Operations & payroll processes. You will be part of our Human Resources Team located in Our Turkey Hotels (Antalya,Bodrum,Marmaris,Alaçatı,İzmir) and will report directly to MPH TR Asst. Cluster HR Manager and Hotels Hotel Human Resources Manager.

About the Role

·       Previous experience in Payroll required, preferably for a large multi-state company as an analyst

·       Using Netsis and Logo Payroll Plus programs

·       Experience with payroll processes, procedures, controls, regulations, and compliance requirements (must)

·       Significant analytical and problem solving skills.

·       Language: Advanced proficiency in English (must)

About You

·       5 stars hotel, preferably chain experience ( Min 2 years ) in Payroll Specialist in 5 star hotels operation,

·       Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Labour Economics and Industrial Relations related disciplines,

·       Possessing planning and management skills,

·       Strong written and verbal communication skills in the English language,
