Purpose of the Job

In this role you will be assigned to manage Human Resources operations. You will be part of our Human Resources Team located in Our Turkey Hotels (Antalya,Bodrum,Marmaris,Alaçatı,İzmir) and will report directly to MPH TR Asst. Cluster HR Manager and Hotels General Managers

About the Role

·       Good organizational, planning and communication skills

·       Ensuring Human Resources policies, procedures and practices are followed in accordance with company objectives  

·       Advising and coaching managers/assistant managers on employee relations and performance management issues; ensuring best practice is followed at all times. 

·       Plan and forecast the short and long-term talent requirements for the hotel to support its business plans 

·       To promote positive Colleague relations through an environment that encourages open communication, trust, mutual respect and fun 

·       To balance operational, administrative and Colleague needs ,

·       Taking active role in Performance Management, Orientation, Training, Organizational Development and Recruitment,

About You

·       Minimum 5 years of experience within 5 star branded hotels

·       Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Labour Economics and Industrial Relations related disciplines,

·       Possessing planning and management skills,

·       Strong written and verbal communication skills in the English language,
