Purpose of the Job

In this role you will ensuring that the daily workflows of the team members are carried out in accordance with the job descriptions and to keep the guest satisfaction at the highest level. You will be part of our Hotel Team located in Alaçatı / Turkey  and will report directly to Cluster General Manager for Alaçatı Hotels.

About the role

·      Monitor guest feedback and follow through accordingly,

·      Participate in decisions involving occupancy goals, marketing strategies and development of rates,

·      Understands the impact of Front Office operations on the Rooms area and overall property financial goals,

·      Good understanding of Front Office programs,

·      Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.

About you

·       Minimum 5 years of chain experience in Front Office Manager positions, preferably in luxury 5 stars hotels,

·       Bachelor's degree,

·       Preferred maximum age limit is 45 

·       Computer literacy in required Microsoft Windows applications,

·       Possessing, planning and management skills,

·       Strong written and verbal communication skills in the German language and English.
