The company is engaged in the management of commercial real estate requires an Technical Manager. The Technical Manager will control the technical condition of real estate in Turkey (hotel, offices, restaurants).

Responsibilities

• Support of construction projects in Bodrum.
  
• Organization of correct technical operation and repair of engineering equipment, including solar collectors, diesel generators, swimming pools, VRV systems, automation, uninterrupted supply of electricity, water and other types of energy, control the rational using of energy resources, compliance with the saving mode.
• Preparation of proposals for the reconstruction, technical re-equipment of the company, integration of complex mechanization and automation of production processes’ means, participation in the consideration of reconstruction and modernization of engineering systems’ projects.
• Integration of operation’s standards at the facilities.
• Preparation of monthly reports.
  

Requirements

• Higher education (technical is preferred).
• Experience in construction project management.
  
• Team management, creation and implementation of work processes, commissioning facilities with a concrete result.
  
• Preparation of maintenance and repair schedules.
• Drafting, execution and re-registration of contracts, business letters; work with an inspection authority; preparation of acts.
• Reading diagrams, drawings.
• Languages: Russian, Turkish and English - advanced level (spoken and written).
  
• Readiness for business trips (Moscow).

Conditions

• Place of work: the hotel and the restaurant in Yalikavak, Bodrum (Turkey).
• Salary will be specified upon the results of the interview.
