Business Partner To The Hotel

Spektr Hotel Bodrum (30 rooms) requires a Business Partner. As the Business Partner you will have full responsibility for the hotel’s operation, development and promotion.

Responsibilities

•    Work planning and budget execution
•    Responsibility for profit and loss
•    Ensuring the Hotel is operating at the most optimum available to maximise profit
•    Driving business growth
•    Organizing and ensuring the efficient operation of the Spektr Hotel Bodrum
•    Promotion of the hotel
•    Reporting.

Requirements

•    Higher education (hospitality, management, economics)
•    Successful experience as a Business Partner / Director in the hotel business, 4 stars and above, at least 5 years, but NOT hotels by the sea
•    Hotel promotion experience is required
•    Client attraction experience is required
•    Experience of organizing and conducting MICE is required, starting with the creation of the product
•    Turkish – native, English - advanced, spoken Russian or German is preferred
•    Knowledge of hospitality standards
•    Knowledge of Bodrum hotel business
•    Knowledge of Turkish legislation in the field of hospitality
•    Advanced user of PC, knowledge of hotel and restaurant programs
•    Personal qualities: initiative, communication skills, leadership qualities, organizational skills. Ability to work in multitasking mode, strategic thinking.

•    Place of work: Spektr Hotel Bodrum, Turkey, Yalikavak, Yalikavak mah. 26. Sok. No:5/A-B-C-D, Bodrum, Mugla
•    Salary will depend on the results of hotel’s operation
