We are looking for an experienced and talented Scrum Master to join our team! As our Scrum Master, you will collaborate with clients, program managers and QA team to understand the scope of the project. Once the project is established, you will coordinate the development of new products and monitor the progress of your team through Agile-based methodologies. Responsibilities

• Guide, coach and motivate the team with the goal of increasing productivity
• Passionate about Scrum, Kanban, Lean Thinking, Lean Startup, eXtreme Programming, SAFe, LeSS, etc. 
• Orchestrates the Agile/Scrum ceremonies and processes for the department
• Participates in all aspects of the agile software development life cycle for existing and proposed system and application solutions including facilitation of agile ceremonies including sprint kickoff, daily stand-ups, sprint review, sprint demo, and sprint retrospective
• Oversee and manage scope, timeline, quality, goals and deliverables that support business goals
• Ensures sprint plans include a healthy balance and prioritization between support work, technical debt, and new project feature innovation thus optimizing the effectiveness of the software delivery process
• Performs analysis to determine root cause of challenges and provides solutions for improved operational and process performance
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, application users, and program owners
• Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments
• Facilitates backlog grooming and work item estimation activities ensuring stories are actionable and sized appropriately helping to optimize the team’s capacity and velocity capabilities
• Provides support to the team using servant leadership characteristics including active listening, stewardship, team building, and a commitment to continuous learning and growth of the team
• Resolve conflicts and issues that occur
• Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field 
• One to five years of experience playing the Scrum Master or similar role for a team diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory, preferred
• One or more agile certifications (e.g. CSM, CSPO, CSP, PSM, PSPO, SAFe) is a plus
• Experience with successful Agile practices and techniques such as User Stories, ATDD, TDD, BDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games etc.

• Must be a team player, able to work collaboratively with multiple departments and personalities
• Good time-management skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
