JOB DESCRIPTION;

Ensuring the use of laboratory equipment and the establishment of standards for products and raw materials

Providing team management and working in coordination with the team,  managing and maintaining quality processes with the relevant departments

Ensuring that raw material, process and product controls are carried out correctly

Ensuring that the process control is carried out effectively in the lines within the enterprise and to support the final product within the framework of quality standards

Providing the correct chemical contents of the certificates of conformity with food belonging to all the products we have produced by the supplier and transferring them to the system through the software program available in the global, ensuring the creation of the document

Supporting the follow-up and closure of major internal corretive and preventive actions

Following the process conditions and making improvements with solution techniques

Finding the root causes of the errors that occur in internal errors and ensuring that actions are taken with the relevant departments

Establishment of product speck analysis methods and recording by following the standard

Ensuring the correct management of the trial processes, managing the correct workflow by ensuring the negotiations with the customer

Visiting the customer for the errors that occur in the process and determining the points where the customer will intervene in the machine.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS;

Graduated from related departments of universities

Min. 7 years of experience in the field of Printing and Packaging production and 5 years of experience in management

Fluency in English (reading, speaking, writing)

Excellence in MS Office Programmes

Technical knowledge and experience  at a level that can provide training on the subject

Effective communication skills

Flexibility and solution skills to adapt changing conditions

Ability to work as a member and leader of the team

Planning and managing the use of resources
