Job Description

• Provide local HR expertise to assigned Plant or Site Leadership Team,
• Lead the organization pillar for the site(s) for IL6S,
• Support HRBLs with Organization design implementation to achieve the expected results,
• Ensure that the IL6S Support Structure is properly staffed, trained and qualifies and address current and future capability needs to deliver the site IL6S ambition,
• Drive Team Effectiveness through capability building and facilitation,
• Define and adjust Recognition, Pay & Progression process to reinforce expected behaviour and results in line with the Grading models,
• Responsible for providing HR guidance to all employees within their defined scope,
• Support COEs partners in areas such as talent management, talent acquisition, compensation requirements, training, AAP completion, and employee engagement activities,
• Coach people managers in application of HR programs, facilitate HR related training, facilitate Employee
• Satisfaction Survey which aligns with global unleashment survey,
• Serve as sponsor in overseeing facility sponsored employee events such as New Hire On-Boarding
• Coach & mentor HR BPs,
• Administration of HR policies and practices in a consistent and professional manner,
• Support Labor Relations COE by leading local grievance administration,
• Execute on the LR strategies on an ongoing basis engage with legal including,
• Ensure we maintain a consistent LR approach across our network utilizing our LR principles,
• Elevate issues as required by the escalation process.

Qualifications

• Holding Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities (Master' degree is an asset), 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Turkish and English,
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources preferably in FMCG production companies,
• Knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including recruitment, compensation practices, organizational development, employee relations, diversity, performance management, talent management,
• Effective consulting, client management and business literacy skills,
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and coaching skills,
• Flexible communication style to interact with employees at all levels in order to resolve complex issues,
• Self-motivated and initiative taker,
• Ability to drive continuous improvement,
• Strategic and analytical thinker.
