QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are a global modest fashion e-commerce company. We are currently operating in more than 130 countries and providing the content in five languages: Turkish, Arabic, English, French, and German by adapting to their local preferences. We bring fashion and technology together with iconic brand and smart operations to create great value for our customers. We invest in each and every customer’s experience. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist, who has passion for fashion.

What we are expecting from you:

  • Create, follow up and analyze digital marketing campaigns across different channels,
  • Setup new and optimize ongoing campaigns,
  • Following up, analyzing and reporting daily performance,
  • Supports the optimization of Ads accounts,


What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 2 years business experience in the digital marketing ecosystem,
  • Excellent level of written and spoken English is a must,
  • Experience in paid and unpaid digital marketing channels including but not limited to Google Ads & Search Ads360,
  • Maintain website traffic plans, milestones, and benchmarks,
  • Analyze key metrics and performances,
  • Generate monthly/daily reports on digital marketing campaigns performances,
  • Experience in web analytics tools like Adjust, AppsFlayer, Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica, SEMRush,
  • Experience in DV360, Yandex, Bing etc is preferable,
  • Results oriented, problem solver with provided resources and proactive thinker with decision making ability 
  • Takes ownership of given responsibilities and delivers,
  • Highly motivated, continuous learner with ability to work collaboratively as a team as well as across functions ,
  • Ability to effectively manage third-party stakeholders and business partners ,
  • Strong analytical skills and modelling capabilities with a great attention to detail,
