QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATIONS

1.  University graduation with Engineering Background 

2.  Has minimum 5 years experience as Quality Manager (both control & assurance)

     in automotive industry  

3.  Maintains a broad knowledge of quality adjacent activities including, Production,

     Production Control and Supply Chain 

4.  Able to operate within a matrix organization with all departments to achieve collective objectives

5.  Develops policies and provides guidance for quality control & assurance team 

6.  Works with influence,team building and empowering approaches to motivate & drive

     cultural change among direct employees to meet or exceed company expectations  

7.  Active and wide minded to improve at every problematic issues with rapid action and

     doing by himself or cooperate with related people  

8.  Leading job skills all quality issues both customer,internal colleagues and manage customer claim 

9.  Knowledge about Laboratory & Test equipments 

10. Requires good written and verbal communication skills in English 

11. No military obligation for male candidates 

12. Location should be in İzmit
