IT Specialist

We are looking for an "Information Technologies Specialist" who speaks good English for our multinational company operating in the packaging industry.

*English is must.

Qualifications

• Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related majors,
• Experienced in IT hardware (computer, printer, monitor, etc.) and software (antivirus, EMS, etc.),
• Well understanding of computer hardware,thin client environment, Microsoft OS, 365, smartphones and printers,
• Experienced in the installation and management of Microsoft Windows operating systems and office applications,
• Experienced in end user Support and ability to produce solutions to hardware and system problems,
• Knowledge about network structures (switch, access point, etc.) and of structured cabling issues,
• Knowledge in IP Telephony systems,
• Min. 2 years of experience in user support services,
• Good command of spoken English is an obligation,
• Strong communication and planning skills,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues,
• Preferably, those who live on our service route Kartal – Pendik – Kurtköy – Gebze – Darıca – Çayırova - Şekerpınar - Tuzla (İçmeler / Şifa mh) line,
• Male candidates must have completed their military service.

• Ensure uninterrupted operation of Information Technologies
• Managing and monitoring existing server infrastructures, solving problems, and making necessary improvement studies,
• Working on designing, implementing, and testing new end-user requests,
• Managing data storage systems and backup infrastructure,
• Discover new technologies and implement effective solutions continuously,
• Taking an active role in information security issues such as information security management processes, corporate security policies, training, and awareness.
