We are looking for a “Process Quality Specialist” for our plant located at Manisa with the qualifications below;

• Bachelor Degree with a strong academic achievement in Engineering
• Minimum 4 years experience in Quality department  (especially in Process Control or Final Control) and ideally within an international environment
• Fluent in English - both verbal and written
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office
• High attention to detail and accuracy, analytical thinking and strong problem solving skills
• Effective communication skills, willing to work as a team member
• No military obligation for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Develops, implements, deploys, reviews and improves Quality Activities in line with company targets
• Responsible for assembly lines quality control organization and time planning
• Monitors and controls all personnel about related events such as compliance with rules and instructions
• Prepares assembly Quality Control documents and keeps them up to date
• Assists the installation of test equipment
• Ensures that verification and calibration of test equipment are carried out on time
• Enables limit samples for defect to be prepared and timely verified
• Ensures that the quality records in the quality plan are fully filled in
• Provides giving continuous training on assembly quality control operators for product tests
• Responsible to keep the skill matrix of quality personnel up to date
• Follows breakdown information of the equipment 
• Follows corrective and preventive actions
• Ensures that sampling tests are performed and results are published
• Provides preparation and publication of daily defect rates
• Responsible for tracking and archiving of assembly cards
• Follows the rework status of the products
• Provides root cause analysis for rework records are kept and published 
• Takes part in scrap reduction projects
• Enables process audits in internal production processes
