QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a “Human Resources Responsible” for our plant located at Manisa with the qualifications below;

  • Bachelor Degree with a strong academic achievement in related fields e.g. Business Administration, Social Sciences, etc
  • 0-4 years of working experience on HR processes
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office applications (Advanced use of MS Excel is a mandatory for data analysis and reporting)
  • Fluency in English both verbal and written
  • Should be eager to learn, be flexible, hardworking, sincere, fair and teamwork oriented
  • Effective communication, interpersonal and coordination skills
  • No military obligation for male candidates.


İŞ TANIMI


  • Ensures the payment and execution of salary and benefit packages in accordance with the related law and aggrements
  • Collects the salary system data and transfers them to personnel affairs
  • Supports preparation of various reports in coordination with other personnel affairs employees 
  • Contributes to the actions that will ensure the continuity of labour peace
  • Prepares action plans to identify employees’ problems and the union’s requests and to reply them efficiently; improves feedback processes
  • Supports other HR personnel, manages disciplinary process and other problem-solving actions to intervene in setbacks
  • Supports the preparation and the studies of collective labour agreement, employment agreements, personnel regulations and other internal regulations
  • Contributes to the preparation of training documents and supports recording of training data in HR information system
  • Carries out reporting activities regarding training processes
  • Ensures that all archiving activities regarding training management system are conducted.
