We are looking for an “Heat Exchanger Specialist” for our plant located at Manisa with the qualifications below;

• Bachelor Degree with a strong academic achievement in mechanical, manufacturing, mechatronics or electrical and electronics engineering
• Minimum 4 years of experience in related positions, preferably in white goods manufacturing sector (mass production)
•  Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
  
•  Advanced computer skills in MS Office
  
•  High attention to detail and accuacy
  
•  Analytical, creative thinking and good problem solving  skills
•  Effective communication skills and presentation skills
  
•  No military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Coordinating, supporting and monitoring of heat exchanger process activities and requirements
• Managing of cost reduction projects
• Driving of quality improvement projects for the existing products
• Monitoring productivity and efficiency of the section
• Conducting time studies, line balancing and layout optimizations
