We are looking for an “Assembly Responsible” for our plant located at Manisa with the qualifications below;

QALIFICATIONS

•  Bachelor Degree with a strong academic achievement in Mechanical Engineering
  
•  Minimum 2 years of working experience on production ideally within an international environment
•  Knowledge of 6 sigma, Lean Production & Ergonomy
•  Knowledge of MTM (Methods & Time measurement) is a plus
  
•  Fluent in English - both verbal and written
•  High attention to detail and accuracy
  
•  Analytical thinking and good conceptual thinking skills
•  Effective communication skills, high motivation and curiosity
•  No military obligation for male candidates
  

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Layout and headcount planning of production lines / investments, 
• Implementing of new and various production technologies equipments and machines to improve lines efficiency
• Monitoring productivity and efficiency of assembly lines
• Analysing & improving time studies, MTM(Methods & Time measurement) analysis and line balancing
• Performing ergonomic analysis and improve the situation.
