 We are looking for a Factory Manager with the following qualifications to be assigned in Ankara location:

• Graduated from engineering faculties from reputable universities,
• Experienced in laser- plasma cutting technologies,
  
• Minimum 10 years of production experience in managerial positions,
• Experience in steel and plate manufacturing is an asset,
• Ability to lead all production activities incuding planning,
• Experience in pricing, reporting and operational processes,
• Knowledge of budgeting, process management and performance management,
• Required knowledge of HSE regulations,
• Educated and experienced in Quality Management Systems, ability to use the related knowledge,
• Experience in leading blue-collar employees, ability to lead the team according to the objectives,
• Excellent command of English,
• Having decision making, problem solving and leadership skills, dynamic and result oriented,
• Ability to make strategic decisions, strong communication skills, visionary,
• Ability to work under stress and with time constrictions

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Directing the production, planning, quality, maintenance and procurement departments,
• Managing production processes to complete the planned production at the stated time,
• Tracking and improving productivity,
• Transfering company strategy and targets to production departments.
