What about your role as a part of the team?

As Migros E-Commerce Technology Department, we are building the technological basis of today and tomorrow for Migros. In touch with cloud computing, our team draws its strength from automation and the world of open-source codes. Do you want to join us?

You will ultimately be responsible for the quality of the experience about:

•        Developing product vision, strategy and roadmaps for multiple product lines, in support of business goals and objectives,
•       Using customer & market research, customer and user feedback, customer usage and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities and enhancements,
•        Working with multiple functions to build and evaluate business cases to support product investment decisions,
•        Presenting and clearly articulating product strategy to company leadership (leader/manager?),
•        Researching competition and third party vendors to understand the market dynamics,
•        Prioritising, designing and implementing projects and enhancements,
•        Leveraging data to make informed product decisions,
•        Working align the Online Grocery roadmap with our business strategy,
•        Collaborating and drive internal stakeholders to consensus on what to build,
•        Demonstrating exceptional interpersonal and communication skills,
•        Navigating and negotiating through complex business & technology relationships,
•        Making product decisions based on data, metrics and most importantly the customer,
•        Defining and influencing product designs and overall user experience,
•        Serving as a thought leader within the team and the broader enterprise.

Minimum Qualifications

•       MBA or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or related fields.
•       1+ years of experience in e-commerce product management, management consulting or related fields.
