Key Responsibilities:

·        Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and related software

·        Collaborate with central IT team to provide technical support and resolve issues

·        User support

·        Create and maintain system documentation, including configuration information, procedures, and policies

·        Participate in procurements of IT-related equipment and services

·        IT Server Room Responsibility

·        Maintain network devices in high-availability and production environments

·        Handle incident and service request lifecycle (Including documentation of resolutions & issues)

Requirements:

·        Upper intermediate or higher verbal and written communication skills in English

·        Proven experience as a Windows System Administrator or similar role for 3+ years

·        Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, including Windows Server and Active Directory

·        Knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP

·        Knowledge of security best practices and experience implementing security measures

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·        Excellent communication and teamwork skills

·        Open to learning new subjects

·        Ability to prioritize a wide range of workloads with critical deadlines.

·        Availability outside of working hours to resolve emergency issues promptly.

·        Provides technical guidance.
