Our client is a global retailer which has a unique corporate culture. For its further development plans in Turkey we are looking for a Quality Production Leader.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Sourcing good suppliers that can work with the Company's production standards to produce.
• Always in communication with the procurement teams to align the process strategy with the needs.
• Ensuring the quality and the safety of the products you are in charge of with sustainable customer satisfaction on mind.
• Managing suppliers on quality process improvement.
• To develop and to validate products' quality at launch and in production.
• Support the improvement of sustainable development through managing the suppliers on environment and human responsibility in production.
• Supporting supplier in the lean production and efficiency increase.
• Taking action in a reactive way

IDEAL CANDIDATES:

• You have university degree, preferably textile engineering background.
• You speak & write English fluently.
• You are attracted by the product and the way it is produced.
• You like challenges and you believe in continuous self development.
• You feel comfortable to animate industrial partners on the field.
• You are curious, with good communication skills, with high vitality.
• You want to grow in an international environment.
• You are mobile to travel in Turkey and abroad and mobile to live outside of Istanbul if needed.
• You have 1-5 years of experience, preferably you have technical know how on these kind of products
