Bachelor’s degreein marketing, general businessor related field.

Demonstrated understanding of marketing principles &tools.  

 Excellent communicator and compelling presenter with strong written and oral communicationskills.  

 Flexible, able to work independently, set and follow priorities, manage multiple tasks anddeadlines effectively.

Customer-focused mindset.

Full professional proficiency in English (both verbal andwritten).

Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales informationand recommendations tostrategic plans andreviews; preparing andcompleting action plans; implementing productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems;identifying trends; determiningsystem improvements; implementingchange.

 Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparingan annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiatingcorrective actions.

Establishing new Customers andquarries in themarket for thematerials.

Plan, organize and assist in trade shows to present the quarry and the materials to the Customers

Build a sustainable communication and relation with the customers, and represent the Employer and effective use of communication channels such as Wechat, social media and face to facevisits.

 Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existingand new products; analysing trends and results; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.

 Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing field sales action plans.

 Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying customer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.

Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating newopportunities.

Provides informationby collecting, analysing, andsummarizing data and trends.
